Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Financial Controller to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of financial management, including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. The Financial Controller will play a key role in ensuring the company's financial health and compliance with accounting regulations.

Responsibilities:

- Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, and Revenue Recognition
- Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements
- Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting
- Research technical accounting issues for compliance
- Support month-end and year-end close process
- Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
- Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings
- Manage Insurance Programs and 401K

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Proven working experience as a Financial Controller
- Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
- Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process
- Strong proficiency in QuickBooks accounting software
- Excellent accounting software user and administration skills,
- Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports
- Solid understanding of GAAP principles
- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality concerning financial matters

Pay: $100,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
